On this page
Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and welcome. Beautiful Minds® creates experiences that help families connect, grow and belong. The same care belongs in our online spaces. This page explains our community rules, how to get help and how to raise a concern.

Need help now?
If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. In Australia, call 000. In Singapore, call the police on 999. Elsewhere, use your local emergency number.
To report a concern connected with Beautiful Minds, email care@beautifulminds.com.au with the subject “Online safety concern”. This is not an emergency service or a continuously monitored crisis channel.
For children and young people: if something makes you feel worried, uncomfortable or unsafe, stop the conversation and tell a trusted adult. You do not have to reply, keep a secret, send a photo or prove that something bad happened before asking for help. If the first adult cannot help, keep asking someone you trust.
Who this page covers
beautifulminds.co is owned by Beautiful Ventures Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore (UEN 202624074E), which sells globally. This policy applies to our online spaces for participants worldwide and also covers online activities operated by Beautiful Minds Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 43 634 070 330). In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Beautiful Minds” refer to the relevant business operating the activity.
It applies to our website, online programs and sessions, and the comments, groups and social channels we manage. It sets expectations for participants, parents and carers, staff, facilitators, contributors and partners when taking part in those spaces. Independent platforms have their own safety tools and rules as well. The provider identified in your booking or program information remains responsible for delivering that service.
Our community rules
Be kind. Respect boundaries. Give people room to participate in a way that feels comfortable. Disagreement is welcome when it is respectful; behaviour that harms or intimidates others is not.
- No bullying, harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse or deliberate humiliation.
- No grooming, sexual exploitation, sexual approaches to children, or content depicting or promoting child abuse.
- No sharing another person’s address, location, private messages, images or personal information without permission.
- No impersonation, scams, malicious links, attempts to obtain passwords, or pressure to send money.
- No encouragement of self-harm, violence or dangerous challenges.
- No recording, screenshots or redistribution of participants’ contributions without the permissions required for that activity. Do not share access links or invite unregistered people into a private session.
These rules apply to words, images, audio, video, usernames and messages. They also apply to AI-generated or altered content, including impersonations and intimate images created without consent.
Children, parents and carers
Follow the age range, registration and supervision requirements for each program. A place in a Beautiful Minds activity does not give a child permission to use a third-party platform below its minimum age or contrary to applicable law.
Parents and carers should help children join through the official invitation, check privacy settings and stay available for support. Choose a screen name that does not reveal a child’s full identity, and avoid showing addresses, school details, live locations or private information in the background.
Adults working with us must keep communication with children appropriate to the program and use authorised channels. They must not ask a child to keep contact secret, move a conversation into an undisclosed private channel, or send intimate images. Report any such request, even if it appears to come from someone familiar.
Children can ask for a break, decline to share a personal story or speak privately with their parent or carer. Participation should never depend on revealing sensitive experiences to a group.
Taking part in online sessions
Use the official joining instructions and keep meeting links private. Tell the host if you see an unfamiliar participant, inappropriate messages or unexpected recording. If necessary, leave the session and ask a trusted adult for help.
Check the program information for any recording or photography arrangements. If you have concerns about your or your child’s image being used, contact our care team before the activity so arrangements can be discussed. To flag an image already published, send us the page link and explain your concern.
Our family wellbeing content is educational. It does not replace individual medical, psychological or emergency care. Please avoid posting medical information or detailed accounts of trauma in public comments or group chats.
How to report a concern
Email care@beautifulminds.com.au. You can report something that happened to you, your child or someone else. Please include only what is needed:
- The page, account, group or program involved, with a link or username if available.
- What happened and approximately when, including whether a child or an immediate safety risk is involved.
- A safe way to contact you and any concerns about how we should respond.
- Relevant lawful evidence, such as a message reference or screenshot, where it is safe and appropriate to share.
Do not download, copy or forward sexual images of children. Report the account or URL to the platform and the appropriate authorities. Do not send us intimate images as part of an initial report. Avoid investigating, confronting the person involved or putting yourself at further risk.
You may report anonymously, although limited information can make it harder to investigate or update you. You do not need to contact us before reporting to a platform, regulator or the police.
What happens after a report
Our response will depend on the nature and urgency of the concern, the information available and what we can control. We may ask for clarification, review relevant content, restrict contact, remove material, pause participation or refer the matter to a platform or appropriate authority. Where a child may be at risk, their safety takes priority.
We handle reports with care and limit sharing to what is reasonably needed to respond, protect people or meet legal obligations. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality, a particular outcome or removal of content from services we do not control. Our channels are not monitored continuously.
If you think we have misunderstood a report or moderation decision, reply to the care team with the relevant details and ask for a review. Reporting a concern in good faith is welcome.
Help outside Beautiful Minds
Australia: the eSafety Commissioner provides reporting pathways for child cyberbullying, image-based abuse, serious adult cyber abuse and illegal or restricted online content. Some pathways require reporting to the platform first; follow the guidance for the type of harm involved. Suspected crimes can also be reported to police.
Singapore: contact the Singapore Police Force to report a suspected crime. Online reporting is for non-emergency matters; call 999 for immediate police assistance. Use the relevant app or platform’s reporting and blocking tools as well.
For practical family guidance, visit eSafety for parents and carers. If you are outside Australia or Singapore, contact your local police or online-safety authority.
A few habits that help
- Use strong, unique passwords and turn on two-factor authentication where available.
- Keep devices and apps updated, and review who can message you or view your posts.
- Check unexpected messages against our official website before following links or making a payment. Never share a password or verification code.
- Pause before posting. Ask permission before sharing someone else’s story or photo.
- Block and report unwanted contact. A child should never have to manage an unsafe interaction alone.
