1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to beautifulminds.co for visitors worldwide. The website is owned by Beautiful Ventures Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore (UEN 202624074E), which sells globally. It also covers the website-related activities of Beautiful Minds Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 43 634 070 330), where that business handles your information. References to Beautiful Minds, we, us or our mean the relevant business in that context.

Our Singapore registered office is 2 Venture Drive, #19-21 Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526. Our shared privacy contact is care@beautifulminds.com.au. Please tell us which website activity, purchase or service your enquiry relates to so we can direct it to the responsible business. The entity identified in your booking or service agreement remains responsible for that service.

Read this policy alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains our wider handling of personal information. This policy does not govern a different website simply because we link to it.

2. What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Some disappear at the end of a session; others remain for a set period. First-party cookies are set for our website. Third-party cookies belong to another provider and may be affected by your browser’s privacy protections.

We also use local storage, session storage, tracking pixels and scripts. Local storage can remain until it is cleared; session storage normally ends with the browsing session. Pixels and scripts can send information without setting a cookie. In this policy, “optional technology” includes these methods, so a cookieless service is not automatically exempt from your choices.

3. Your choice comes first

Our consent manager, Real Cookie Banner, lets you Accept all, Reject optional or Choose settings. Optional services are held back until you agree to them. Essential technology remains available to deliver the site, protect it and remember your preferences. Scrolling, continuing to browse or closing a browser is not agreement.

You can choose individual services and change or withdraw consent through Cookie Settings. Withdrawal stops future use of the affected services on this browser; it does not undo earlier processing or automatically erase information already held by a provider. Contact us about that information. Some changes reload the page so previously loaded services stop running.

Your choices apply to this browser on beautifulminds.co. They do not automatically carry across devices, private browsing windows, our social accounts or a separate booking website. Clearing site data may remove your preferences and cause us to ask again. A material change to our services or purposes may also require a new choice.

4. Essential website technology

Real Cookie Banner remembers your choices using cookies beginning real_cookie_banner, normally for up to 365 days. A temporary test cookie checks whether cookies work. Browser storage may temporarily queue a choice while it is recorded by our website. If that process is interrupted, stored information may remain until the site can complete it or you clear site data.

Consent records are stored on our website’s hosting system. They include a consent identifier, choices, time, the notice shown and limited technical information about the consent interaction. Full IP-address storage is disabled in the consent manager. These records help us apply and demonstrate your preferences; they are separate from advertising profiles. The consent manager is configured to delete documented consents after 24 months.

Our hosting, security and content-delivery systems also receive technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP address, browser details and requested pages. The site uses web fonts, including Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts; requests to deliver those fonts can disclose technical connection information to their providers. Necessary delivery and security processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Optional statistics

  • Google Analytics: measures page visits, navigation and clicks on booking links. Google may receive browser and device information, online identifiers, page addresses and interaction data. Cookies beginning _ga have a default maximum lifetime of two years. Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Amplitude Analytics: helps us understand visits, sessions, file downloads and website interactions. Cookies beginning AMP_ normally last up to 365 days. Browser storage may hold identifiers or queued events and can persist until cleared. Session replay is controlled separately. Amplitude’s Privacy Notice.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics: produces aggregate traffic statistics. Ahrefs describes this service as cookieless; it still receives requests and technical information when loaded. We therefore make it optional. Ahrefs’ Privacy Policy.

6. Optional session replay

Amplitude Session Replay can reconstruct page layout, scrolling, clicks and navigation to help us spot usability problems. It requires both its own service consent and consent to Amplitude Analytics. Agreeing to analytics alone does not enable it.

Our local configuration requests conservative masking, excludes forms and editable fields, uses temporary in-memory buffering and requests a 10% sample of eligible sessions. Provider-side privacy and sampling settings may also apply. Please do not place private, health, payment or children’s personal details in a web address or public field. Contact us if you believe sensitive information has been captured.

Replay information is held in our Amplitude account under its applicable retention settings. Cookie expiry and replay retention are different things. To ask about a recording or request deletion where available under applicable law, email our privacy contact; do not send sensitive screenshots unless we provide a suitable way to do so.

7. Optional marketing and attribution

Meta Pixel helps measure advertising and visits or clicks on booking links. Meta may receive online identifiers, device details, page addresses and advertising events, and may associate them with a Facebook or Instagram account. Common first-party cookies are _fbp and, when a Meta advertising click is present, _fbc, generally lasting up to 90 days. Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Our campaign attribution uses bm_utms in session and local storage to remember campaign source tags and add them to Luma booking links. We use the locally stored tags for up to 30 days. Expired storage may remain on the device until cleared; withdrawing marketing consent clears our stored campaign tags. Optional marketing consent is separate from signing up to a newsletter or agreeing to receive direct marketing.

8. Optional content and external websites

YouTube provides embedded videos where used on our pages. Loading a video connects to Google and may send your IP address, device information and viewing activity, use cookies or other storage, and associate activity with a signed-in Google account. YouTube stays blocked until you allow that service. Its storage can include session cookies such as YSC, playback preferences and longer-lived Google identifiers; the service details in Cookie Settings provide the available definitions. Lifetimes and use depend on Google’s settings and your account or browser. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s cookie explanation.

Testimonial.to hosts embedded customer stories. Where blocked, you can choose to load that provider’s content. Doing so sends connection information, such as your IP address and referring page, to the provider and saves consent for that service. Testimonial.to’s Privacy Policy.

Links may take you to Luma for bookings, beehiiv for newsletters, social platforms or other providers. Those separate websites have their own privacy notices and consent controls. Our banner cannot control technology once you leave beautifulminds.co. You can use a booking link without accepting our optional marketing or analytics services.

9. Information, providers and international processing

Depending on your choices, information may include device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, online identifiers, visited pages, referral and campaign information, and interactions. Page addresses can reveal personal information if it has been included in a URL. We do not ask you to provide sensitive information to analytics or advertising services.

Our businesses operate in Singapore and Australia. Providers may process information in those countries, the United States and other locations where they and their suppliers operate. Overseas privacy protections may differ. Where Australian or Singaporean law requires safeguards for a transfer, we must meet those requirements; accepting optional technology does not waive your legal rights.

Cookie lifetimes listed here are typical defaults or our configured periods. Browsers, providers, repeat visits and settings may change or shorten them. Provider-held information can outlast a device cookie. We retain information and consent records only while needed for the relevant purposes, accountability or applicable legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify it as appropriate.

10. Children and families

Families deserve clear choices. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to help with optional services. You can always reject optional services. 11. Browser controls and your rights

Use Cookie Settings to review services, change choices, withdraw optional consent and see the consent history available in your browser. You can also delete or block cookies and site storage through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking all cookies may affect essential features. Browser signals and privacy extensions can add protections, but the clearest way to set your choices for this site is through our controls.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent, request deletion in relevant circumstances, or complain about our handling of your information. Your rights and the exceptions that apply depend on your location and the laws relevant to the processing. Email care@beautifulminds.com.au with “Privacy — cookies” in the subject. We may need proportionate information to verify and locate your request.

You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission, as relevant. Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable law.

We update this page when our website technology or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. The service details in Cookie Settings show the consent options available now.
