See Our Team In Action

From a world-first project with the Victorian State Government, to partnering with the world’s best experts – there is always something interesting happening at Beautiful Minds Schools.

Our Beautiful Minds Schools Team

The people behind Beautiful Minds Schools are not motivational speakers reading slides.

They are world leaders in neuroscience, developmental psychology, trauma, leadership, moral philosophy and education.

Who is Beautiful Minds?

Beautiful Minds is an Australian media and education company founded in 2003. For 23 years we’ve worked alongside 935 schools to deliver programs that don’t just inform — they transform.

We are not a government initiative. We’re not a charity. We’re a company who believe the next generation of Australians and the people who educate them deserve access to the same calibre of expertise that elite athletes, Fortune 500 executives and Stanford researchers have access to.

We are neutral, apolitical and non-religious. We serve families, schools and communities of all backgrounds. We allow customisation of our sessions to suit your audience. And we’ve had over 1.8 million people trust us to get it right.

How do you work with schools?

We slot in wherever you need us most:

In-school workshops (60–90 minutes), full-day incursion programs, multi-day wellbeing weeks, educator wellness sessions, and parent evenings.

Everything is plug-and-play — we supply the presenters, the technology and the post-event resources.

Once we understand your goals, we require a 30% deposit to start working with you.

What makes you different from other providers?

Most providers offer a speaker and a handout.

We deliver an integrated five-pillar system designed by world-leading experts in neuroscience, developmental psychology, trauma, leadership and moral philosophy.

Every session connects to an underlying framework. And we’ve been refining that framework for 23 years across Australia’s best schools.

Who are your programs designed for?

We work exclusively with independent schools.

Our programs are designed for students from Prep through to Year 12, with age-appropriate content for each stage.

We also deliver dedicated programs for educators and parents.

How will the experience align with our school’s ethos?

No. Beautiful Minds is neutral, apolitical and non-religious. We serve schools and communities of all faiths, philosophies and backgrounds. We customise every engagement to reflect your school’s values and community.

Can schools outside Australia work with Beautiful Minds?

We deliver in-person programs in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane — which is where the majority of our school partners are located.

We also offer virtual programs and curriculum licensing for schools outside those cities.

Do you license sessions and curriculum?

Yes. We’ve licensed Beautiful Minds sessions, content and curriculum to schools across Australia, New Zealand and the United States

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the format, the number of students and whether you’re engaging us for a single session or an ongoing partnership.

The best way to find out is to get in touch — we’ll scope it with you in a 30-minute conversation.
